Melody Ritchey

Melody Ritchey is excited to be a part of the Aronov Realty Lake Martin Team, a trusted firm that specializes in all aspects of the Lake Martin area life style! Living on the Lake allows her to appreciate its unique seasons and gorgeous sunsets, experiencing the natural beauty of the Lake from the quiet sloughs to the more active waters, Melody knows Lake Martin.

For over 20 years she has been an active member of the Lake Martin community. Some of her community services have included: ETHAN Women’s Service Club of Dadeville, President of F.O.C.A. (Friends of Camp ASCCA) and the Board of Directors of the Dadeville Chambers of Commerce where she was recognized as “Person of the Year” awarded to her for dedication and service to the community. Her love and support of the community continues as she presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tallapoosa County Department of Human Resources and she is a Notary of Public.

Melody is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. She first and foremost strives to be someone in whom people can put their faith and trust. As a Realtor her main intention is to instill confidence by understanding her client’s needs and make the buying or selling process a pleasant experience while establishing a lasting relationship. While being a negotiator and advocate for her client, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can sometimes be stressful.

There are a pair of ruby red slippers that greet you when you enter her home with attached notice that reads: “There’s No Place like Home.” Melody acknowledges: “Lake Martin is my home. It’s the only place I’ve ever felt at home.”
